i live in new mexico an dhave a blocked phoen number, so in order to call them i have to dial... *828102541914, now when i dial this it says th eaccess code is wrong. how do i ge by this?

also, i ordered a halo hopper, and RAT internals one week ago with overnight shipping and it still hasnt come in yet. could this be due to the fact that the halo's could be back ordered?

any help is appreciated, thanks...

Yes, I believe Halos are still on back order. They were shipped some but not enough to totally fill all the requests. Be patient and it'll be worth the wait. The newer Halos are coming in with new software and all.
