i was wondering if you could use spyder parts and upgrades on a jt excellerator 4.0?? i need to know cause the gun is new and doesent have many upgrades, and i heard somewere that you can use spyder parts on it, if so i'm getting a j&j ceramic barrel is the barrel good?

From my expierence, there are no guns that can use ALL of Spyder's upgrades. The Pirahnas can use most of the external upgrade but I believe the internals are different. The JT may be able to use some Spyder parts but I'm not sure which ones. You need to read your manual or email JT and ask. The J and J ceramics are good barrels for the money. Becareful with them though as they scratch and chip easier than other barrels.

I'm not sure, but I think that JT made the Excelerators to take all Spyder parts. You could always try some of the parts from one of your friend's Spyder's and see how they work.
