This is not a place to gripe about the performance of something...You should talk to ACI about that.
And you, you just don't take very good care of them, because the parts are extremely reliable.
Fishguts- All you have to do is E-Mail ACI or call them by the number listed on their website www.airconcepts.com
However I seriously doub that:
With good maintenance your marker is throwing parts so often. They are made of high quality *steel* and *aluminum* as well as high quality soft parts that are used in their other markers (and last for years without replacement).
Before you go off and spend more money that you probably don't have to, would you please explain your problem? Maybe I can help, I have several years experience with ACI markers and have tech'd a Griffin or two.
I'm also a routine visitor to the factory, so if I can't get an answer it won't be hard for me to ask personally.

well i think the cup seal went bad because the gun leaks down the barrel, although there is no visible ware, but then again i cant compare it to a new one so i dont know. the striker o ring is shreded causing it to not recock, just sputter.
the gun chopes and breaks paint often. ive only used the gun four times, very reliable.
Leak down the barrel= Cup Seal... Or even worse damage to the valve, if you've replaced the cup seal before, and it's still leaking suspect that as a problem (have you messed with your valve in any way?) Cup seal leaks can result from miniscule scratches/gouges.
Shreded striker valve= In four years running the same o-ring on my F4 I never had a reason to replace my striker o-ring, I did it every season or two anyways. Again this may be a maint. problem, I've never heard of a Griffin throwing o-rings like that.
Expect chops and broken paint in a blowback semi, there's a lot of force comming to bare on the paintball and with such a hard force flying forward paint is bound to get chopped. In addition the Griffin has a cheap ball detent that can lead to problems.
Several things-
1. How old is your Griffin/the parts you're having trouble with? Is the marker used?
2. How often do you oil/maintain your marker and what process do you use?
3. How often are you chopping/breaking?
4. How old/what's the quality of your paint/are you using a motorized hopper?
5. What have you added to the marker in the way of barrels and accessories?

1. the gun is not used and its about 6 months old
2. after every use a put a lil bit of lube on the bolt, and the stricker, then i put 2 or 3 drops into the asa adapter and fire the oil through.
3. all the paint was good quality brand and new. ive chopped 2 or 3 times, i break paint 1 out of 30 balls i think. the gun isnt fast enough to use a motorized hopper.
no aftermarket parts have beed added.
what could i have done to my valve to make it leak?
First I'd like to say you *did* do a good job of taking care of your marker, perfect oiling procedure.
Breaks/Chops- You do seem to be breaking an unhealthy number of balls, what velocity are you shooting at?
Any marker firing above 5 bps is actually fast enough to deserve a motorized hopper (and the Griffin's capable of 13 if you can pull that beefy trigger fast enough, that's what the Electro-kits for it can shoot it at). Viewloaders (VL200s) barely feed seven when shaken consistently and lesser hoppers are even worse off.
How well does the paint fit your barrel? Is it really tight or really loose? (if you're not sure how to test, take a paintball, insert it into the unported length of your barrel, if you can blow it through without getting a workout it's a good fit, if it's too loose it will roll right through)
O-ring Shredding- What does the finish of your lower chamber look like? There should be no protrusions/burrs and a nice smooth finish throughout. If there is there may have been a machining problem (and be the reason you are eating striker orings) and I would conact ACI and request that they replace the faulty part.
Valve leak- The valves of blowbacks are made of soft copper which is easily knicked or scratched. If you've attempted to remove the valve or stuck any foreign objects down the frong lower chamber it may cause the leak.
Sputtering- Some Griffins are lemons, if your marker has sputtered right out of the box I'd reccomend contacting ACI. For some reason 1 out of three of these markers has had such a problem. I have no fixes for it and haven't heard of any successful mods either.
Hopefully we can figure this out, If not you *can* still sell it (someone out there probably wants parts) and move on to another marker.
Please don't be discouraged by this product, ACI pulled them from the market because they weren't up to par and didn't represent the ACI standards. Other ACI markers such as the F4 are high quality (even for lower end markers) and provide years of trouble free playing.

the faceof the valve where the cup seal touches seems to be undamaged. the cup seal has a round mark on the face which touches the valve maybe this is the problem? should the cup seal be smooth all over? it just pisses me off so much that the gun has this many problems and has only had 1500 paintballs put through it. ive put my autococker and shocker through way more stress then this gun, it just surprises me that aci would put a marker on the market that has unfixable problems out of the box. im pissed.
thanks for the help though
Like I said, there was a bad batch or something, the majority seemed to have no problems, and trust me I haven't seen any marker with the problems that these bad ones have had (incurrable recock issues for one!)
Besides what do you want for $80 bucks? If it worked it was better than a Brass Eagle ;) However for the money I'd say a Spyder Compact would have been a better marker (better quality control, at least at this level).
Cup Seal- Just ran in and checked mine (basically the same) and there's a faint imprint around the valve pin as well. So that's not your prob.
