Spyder Striker Springs..Help

Can anyone give me some advice on what tension Spyder Striker spring i should put in my Spyder One.I have the following: HEAVY.......HEAVY/MEDIUM.......MEDIUM......and LIGHT. thanks:eek:

Try medium, adjust the velocity, if its low go to the heavy spring.
