OK i have a theory that i believe is true.

OK having a non blowback bolt is a key to better BPS.

When you have blowback like i do(stock bolt) the air goes up teh feed tube and slows the ball down. I am not talking about greatly slowing down but jsut slowing down enough to make a BPS difference. Just think about how air going against teh ball ca slow it down. No wonder people wiht eggs are chopping. I have this problem but i am ordering a new bolt. I will test my theory in two weeks when my tantrum bolt comes in.

Does anyone out there have two bolts? one w/o blowback and one with? Can you guys test my theory?

uh.... huh? it's already proven if you have alota blowback up the feedneck that your gun will indeed feed slower.... i don get what u meen other than that tho.... egg's are forcefed so blowback affects them very little

i actually too my stock feedneck and drilled big holes in each side to try to eliminate blowback 100% (ok.. so i just got bored and had a dril handy.. oh well)... gonna try it soon, i doubt there will be any diff, but if there is ok.

but anyway, with a bush, either way the blowback is very slight and usually isnt enough to effect speed. (the newer bolts r supposed 2 b much better with that also i herd)

Why get a tantrum to eliminate blowback? It won't do any more to eliminate blowback than the stock will. The only bolt I know if that claims to eliminate it is the VApor bolt.

arent you not supposed to use force feed loaders on the bko due to the detents?

an old problem that was, was forcefeds were pushing the balls past the detents, but now from what i've herd that's been fixed.
