ive owned the ebolt for a while, and if you own one you mostly likely know that the blow back from the valve, is still expelled in vain at the hammer. the ebolt pneumatic hammer is moved by a solenoid so it dosent need that gas to blow it back. so half of the gas your tippmann uses is wasted. so if a valve was designed that only blew gas out the forward end. the 98 woudl be awsome, 1200 shots out of a 68 3000. imagine that out of a tippmann.

Only one thing.

It's much much less than half the gas. About more around maybe 15% of the gas is blowback. It really isn't that much, the vast majority is to just propell the ball.

Besides, it's quite easy to make a blowback-less valve. Just get a thicker valve stem.
