Is 1 on 1 a good drill for anything? If it is what does it improve?.thx

1 on 1 drills are good if you often find your team in 1 on 1 situations, with you being the 1, or if you plan on entering a 1 on 1 tourney. But other than that they really have no signifigance.

yeh 2 on 1's good... but 1 on 1's a completely different strategy... im never really within 10 feet of a bunker unless i have to be when im playing 1 on 1....

1 on 1 would improve you sharp-shooting skills(epecially if you limit your paint), or when your in a 1 on 1 situation. But just like cocker said, it wouldnt be significant to do it.
