SplatterFactor on TV

Above is a link to Splatterfactor, a television program about paintball. Paintball Monkey posted the link on the PBReview homepage, but I've not been able to find out anything else about it.

Their Web site is lacking in basic info, air dates and networks. Anyone else have any info about this?

I believe it is still in the very early stages. If you noticed on their website it talks about the events they are traveling to make the first 2 episodes. I got the girl's email address that was doing the interviewing, when I get my lazy *** motivated I will try to find out more info....

well, my friends told me today..they dont paintball.....but they said that paintball stuff...like paitnball games and etc.goes on ESPN once in a while..maybe dats da start of splatter factor?

ESPN does NOT air paintball. Whoever told you that saw it years ago before ESPN decided not air paintball untill they could "make more ad money".

Splatter factor is supposed to be on FSNN I believe, not espn. I could be wrong though. It just seemed that the site mentioned FSNN quite a bit.

Last i heard, ESPN had it all squared away, it was just getting the $, and locations. They need something to start the whole splatter factor thing out on a bang. I would suggest Sky ball.

well...this guy...he's never paintballed before...and he said one day he was watchin....and they had somethin on paintball. dats why he told me "when i go paintballing, im gonna use marballizers" cuz he liked da fill. also he was telling me how it looked when they were charging up a hill...with paintballs flying everywhere. maybe its not a show....but they did have a special on it at least.

In my opinion its more likely to be on FSNN. I mean, FSNN has all the other "extreme" sports shows... StreetPace, Bluetorch, etc. ESPN sticks to the norm and as Counterfeit said, they totally snuffed paintball like 3 years ago.

On the Splatter Factor Web site there was someone, a producer I think, who was a producer for Fox Sports. I think that's where that came from, but I'd have to double check their site to make sure.

I searched all over ESPN's Web site but there was no mention of it, but that really doesn't mean anything. If ESPN at one time decided against regular coverage of Paintball due to Advertising concerns, all I can say is that the times they have changed. Paintball is probably ripe for Primetime now.

Doesn't mean I want to see it on TV, but the sport has grown enough and companies are spending tons of money on ads in magazines).

It would be cool if they did some filming down here in SD! If anybody finds out when/where let me know! Hopefully it will be at the field I use!
