So, I was bored out of my mind and helped a friend clean out his closed. Low and behold...a nerf gun. I was screwing around with it and he was tuning up his cocker. BOOM. Thought popped into my head and i was like...."hmmm...how about we stick a dart in the gun and play in the house with it". So we drop one of the small darts down the barrel and I fired at him from about 15 ft away. Lef t abruise on his arm! OUCH! We turned the velocity down and now it's soo fun. It's like single shot urban warfare. Try it!

nah me and my friends take old sunglasses and have hornet wars in our houses - hornets are paper strips rolled into a very tight "roll" and then are bent in half and have a "V" shape..... multiply by 10 add 2 barrel condoms as flags 4 very stretchy and battle worn rubber bands and the let miniature welt making fest begin (looks really wierd next to a paintball welt)
did that in school my friend got a referal i got ISS... good times

you call those hornets? We just call them v-wads. Wads of paper bent in v's = v-wads.

No kiding?
Those hornet things we don't really call anything, we made one once and got a big rubber band(10 ft. long, hehe) and fired one down one of the halls at school and nailed a kid from 75 ft. away, it went so fast it was nuts

Haha! I gotta try that when i get my gun. My friend has a brass eagle maurader and he doesn't care about it so we put paper balls in the barrel and shot them and they sorta floated in the air. Lol. :D

called hornets here, i don't know why
in 7th grade i used to shoot them at random people in the hall way.
you can also gut a pen to where only the shaft is left and then set up a rubber band so it covers one side and shoot tooth picks at people. Sometimes they pierce the skin.

Hornets, v-wads, wasps?
We call them skeeters here ... but I don't know why.
Hornets and wasps sting, and v-wads describe how they look, but I don't know why we would call them skeeters here...?(I live in upstate NY BTW):|
UPDATE:I just looked up skeeter in the dictionary and I found two definitions.
1 : MOSQUITO
2 : an iceboat 16 feet (5 meters) or more in length equipped with a single sail
I'm assuming the skeeter paper dart things are named after mosquitos (an insect that leaves a painful bite) and not ice boats.:P

This year some really immature freshman made those but made Nazi signs on the end of them with a fountain pen or something and they would leave that sign on your arm when you got shot.
I once punched a kid though who shot me in the face with one, it felt good too:nod:

one time my friend put on his old barrel and shot a marble out of his gun. it was nuts we got it to go through a thin piece of wood and rusty metal. imagine playing with them on a daily basis
