Me and my two friend have our own three-man team and we had a tourny over mamorial day weekend and we did preaty well considering that we had 2 tippmanns and an e-99 v.s. angles and impulses. We came in fourth of 12 teams. It was tight. So we decided we want to try and get sponsored, how did you get sponsored?

Well for one thing... you wanna start learning Grammar, and stop saying things like "Tight"

jerks you didnt help him one but who cares if hes ready or not I mean seriously people these days just dont give a **** about other people they just post basically saying your an idiot and leave. For christs sake your on here to help people if not get the **** out. You all needed help sometime, still do at times im sure and you like people to be helpful but the instant someone asks you to help them, even if it only requires minimal thinking you are so quick to jump on them and devour them making them never want to return.

Anyway check this link for an article on sposorship. Generally if I were you I would get a few more wins and some firsts etc because it may be hard to get sponsored if you request this time and dont get it and request a second time. Also a key point is make it worth their money or else they wont want to sponsory you, I beleive thats from the article. I applied for sponsorship to a Six Flags park in my area and wonder if it ever reached the manager (in other words I didnt get sponsored) and while I didnt even have my team built at the time (didnt read up on getting sponsored first) I wrote out about a 2 page letter explaining why we need sponsorship, how it would be worth there money, introducing the people who are already on the team, explained the sport of paintball a little more in depth etc. etc. Make it look profesional, but without further adue heres the article:

if he paid attention he would know that he should do a search because in the time i have been a member of these forums i think there have been at least 15 topics like this

If i were you Paintballaw3 i would try to get a bunch more good finishes before i got a sponsorship. sometimes its not that good to be sponsored if you don't play alot because some sponsors will give you paint only if you purchase like 10 cases a month and if you don't play all that much that would be a waste

Christ people! you all really need to get over your selves and give this poor kid a break!!!! OMG making such a big deal over a simple question blows my mind! Now he asked a simple question and every one is making a big deal about searching and what not. I mean comeon, he didnt search get over it! So he wasted 3 seconds of your presious time? so what! PaintBallaw3, i dont know how to get sponserd and i was wondering that my self, but i geuss we will never know because we wouldnt wanna waste these poor kids time would rather complain about not searching the help you out. Play in more tourneys, gain experience, THEN look to get sponsered...

As simple as that.

I found out how to get sponsors. But first you need to get reall good. Win about 10 out of 13 tournaments and you might be considerd. Go talk to your local field owner and he might sponsor you if your good enough.

Well when first getting sponsored you should get little sponsors for instance try M.0.M or maybe D.@.D maybe one will sponsor you guys. It worked for me.:)

Ok I retract my previous statement...

I know teams this year that are sponsered and they haven't even competed yet. All you have to do is get THEIR name out there and they will sponsor you. Nothing big...maybe like a $10 discount on things, but it's a start.

I heard National Paintball Supply sponsors easily.
