hey andrew i dont think we need any new mods now the mods have done a really really great job pickin up latly i would like to congradulate them and i dont think we need any new ones now it would just make some people mad when they dont get it but if no one gets it no one can be mad :D

The mods have picked up the slack real well.

Muck and TheFlash come to mind...since they are the only supermods they have had to put in a lot more time...and have done a great job. All posts have been moved to their selected forum and I can actually read what I came to that forum for:)

As the sub forums are made, they will need mods. Supermods/admins cant cover a bunch of open forums. Bottomline is, they will need an active mod. Weather he decides to put a current mod in those forums, or bring in new members to the pbreview staff is totally up to him. I'm sure whoever he picks for each forum will do a fine job. A lot of times its easier to move mods who already have a forum to having 2, sometimes 3 forums. Since they have been with PBR for a while, they know how everything works, and can jump right in. For the smoothest running site, I think this would be a great idea. However, since there were very few forums here, and now theres gonna be a LOT each mod would have to take on 3, 4, or even 5 forums. This is what leads me to believe he needs to bring in at least a few new people.
