i went, for the first time, yesterday, the 12th. sherwood is pretty cool, i like it more than the jungle, the people are better, they also seem to be a bit more friendly.

I also like the set up better, it's a little more speedball oriented, i think they should cut down a lot of the trees though, thats the only improvement i can think of.
so if you can't decide if you wanna go to the jungle or the forrest, if you wanna see some action go to sherwood, go to the jungle if you wanna shoot 2 pods a game and not see any people from the other team.

yeah I've been to sherwood a few times, but my favorite field in our area would haev to be Sunol Paintball 2000, it isn't woodsy but there are a lot of bunkers and big dirt mounds to hide behind and the rec ball field rules. the Speedball field is pretty sweet, and there's a bunkerball field which isn't so bad, but every time I've played on it my team lost....... but yeah I suggest you try it

I went on the 4th of August. I was one of the white team people that charged psychotically into the big house on the first field. If you were in that house, I warned you.

I might go there too Brix (school is coming up for me next week and I might have something else to do). Yes, I will again charge into that large house shooting blindly inside - I never charge alone. The big house is a great defensive position, however because multiple times the yellow team players misused it in a fashion where they believed it would protect them, that mentality it self will be the downfall to kamikaze players like me. If there were people who were shooting alternatively and moved in and out of the house to shoot then I wouldn't have to resort to charges. One thing's for sure though, being in the big house gives you humongous blindspots.

So the big house on field one is a great distraction for the opposing team, but all you need is one or two players to provide distraction .. if you got 5+ players like many times I saw when I charged in .. that is not gonna work and a waste of manpower when some of those guys could've gotten a strategy working. Strategy is determined if people are communicating to each other.. I know I wouldn't have charged in if I didn't go with 2-3 guys communicating with me. So I'm gonna give you a hint (personal opinion) if you're gonna start on that side.. get at least 2-3 dedicated people to be distractors.. the rest of team just flank on the left side to bump on the other side. Just make sure you push real hard on the left.. cause once that house falls.. it's over for the team.

I never go in the house, half the time its newbies who stay there and lob balls at people, man i can still remember telling the people to either move out of the house or they are gonna get bunkered

I was the gray/black clothes guy with the shiny barrel with a light blue body Blazer wearing the helmet with message "The Killer". The other guy (if you noticed) who stormed with me all the time wore camos and was using an Autococker. He's getting married soon, so expect to see him once every couple months. He's been playing for 13 years... compared to me with only a year of experience.
