I purchased an item on Jan 21 from only4fudge and never received a hard drive. It's been almost 4 weeks and he stated he would issue a refund but so far has not done it. BEWARE!!!! I gave him plenty of time to refund me but so far he has not responded again with a refund.

Now he's got 2 negative feedbacks for the same reason... I see a pattern emerging.

You paid, you waited, but never respond to my emails

1. Confirm your shipping address and confirm your banking account
2. You too have a negative feedback, and it started at 4 feedback, and you are also a new member.
3. Do not bid, if you cannot read my post " CONFIRMED PAYPAL ACCOUNTS ONLY "
4. Paypal holds the refunds, I am not going to double refund you
5. Item has been sent long ago, and you will get a slap on the face for the next one.
6. Feedback for my latest negative has been mutually withdrawn, because buyer took the same path as you.
7. Ive told Paypal everything , and provided tracking, and you got yourself another negative.

8. Do not post on something that is not irrelevant to this website, it can lead to a ban, if I wish to report you.

Then were exactly are those numerous emails you sent me? The payment was sent by credit card through paypal. You don't need to confirm my banking info. I received your billing email. I sent you emails and you responded with, " I recall sending it almost 2 weeks ago... I do not have a tracking number" after the 4th email to you. Funny. You won't respond to follow-up emails or to ebay messages but you'll post a false reply on this message board? Nice business practices you have. And just because someone withdrew their complaint, it's still a complaint that shows how you conduct yourself.
