Am I wrong or isn't rookie division "No Prior Tournament Experience" therefore being a no skill required level?

I could take a rookie team with 50 rounds and 1 arm tied behind my back. And I havn't been in the tourney scene that long, that should tell you something at least. But if you've never played tourneys before, you'll fair well against the other rookie players.

riggggght you keep thinking that way...
Rookie teams beat nov, pros and ams all the time...I bet u that any 3 of the rookie teams on the podium in Vegas (RM, Draco, Backwoods) would roll 7 of u anyday

At a local area? you dont need much, just as long as you know the basic rules.
