History of paintball?

I am doing a school project and need to find some websites with reliable information about the history of paintball, especially how it started. Anyone that knows a reliable website or other source of information please post it.

paintball guns were originally used to shoot and mark cattle, until people realised they can do something else to the cattle and shoot each other =D

There wass a pretty lengthy article in Facefull a while back, don't remember the issue though.
