The field A-hole..

.. Ok, so we were at the field last saturday. I've been to this field several times and know most of the people who play there. It was toward the end of the day. I was with 3 of my friends from town, the others have left the game before. It was our last game of the day. We just finished our game and 2 dads and 2 boys walk up, I assume the dad's children. They ask us for a 4 on 4 speedball game. We knew we were going to kill them so we agreed to play it out and take it easy. One of the kids was like a 10 year old that couldnt hold his gun so he had his tank running to his back pack. So I pick off one of the dads right off the bat... He's not very agile and couldnt snap shoot or anything. The other dad had an automag. The 2 kids were in the very back bunkers hiding and blind shooting. The dad was just snap shooting real quick not really hitting anything. So my friend opened fire on the kids bunkers scared the crap out of them so they called themselves out. Now its 4 on 1. The dad runs from a bunker to another, I put one right on his hopper, I see it bust. I yell 'Check your hopper!' He's down for a second, comes back up the spot is gone. He wiped it off. I'm ok alright whatever. So at this point for some unknown reason the guy stands up and starts running and firing at me from like 40 yards. I think everyone on my team hit him. We stopped shooting, and he did not, he kept charging at me shooting. So we all opened up on him. It had to have got hit 30 time and the ******* was still coming. Finally he got within 15 feet and put one on my mask. I was so pissed I threw off my mask and started to go at him when my friends grabbed me. The ******* never said a word just walked off the field with his kids and friend. I still dont know what the problem was. But why do people have to cheat? Or get pissed? Its a game. It was totally worth seeing the ******* get hit like 30 times though, but I seem to encounter one of these people about every field I've been to. Just thought I'd share that story, do you guys got any similar?

I got one similar. I was playing at a speedball field, and they had split everyone up into 5 man teams. Well my team was going up against a team of rentals. I had been playing forward the whole day and wanted to take it easy. So right off the break I went to the first bunker and just stayed there. When I looked out I saw a kid running for a bunker. I fired 5 shots and got lucky(he was on the other side of the field). One hit his shoulder and one hit his leg. He dove behind the bunker, hid for a sec, then came up shooting. I got pissed and thought that maybe the balls didnt break. So I opened up on him again. This time I clearly saw one hit his hopper, then a second later I gogged him. Get this.... He wiped them both. I started yelling and screaming I was getting soo mad. I told the ref to check him. And the kid finally left. I got so mad but got my revenge later.

The following game, I ran nonstop off the break along the side and then bunkered the entire team in one motion.

he might have been exaggerating about throwing off the mask. You guys must have some sad refs cause the refs at our field are all over the place.

I remember one time I was just sweet spotting and happened to hit somebody and they wiped but I then bunkered him. I didn't know that I hit him the first time. The refs told me after the game that I hit him, he wiped, and hit him again. It was a tourney so they got 30 points deducted...10 point games.

i have had one experience that waz kinda like that
Me and my friend stu r in a back bunker when all of a sudden i start hering rpid firing coming closer to the bunker so stu pops out his side and hits the guy right in the center of the chest he keeps on comin now he is within 4 ft of us and keeps on firing so i test out my new responce trigger and put a line across the vents of his mask, he keeps on shooting so after a couple more shots and some fu's ti him he finally stopped.

That was basically the only time somethin that bad happened.

The worst ive seen like this was in rec ball and one guy got shot on the foot and he said he wasnt hit and one of my teammates got pissed and said he was out then when he walked past the guy he started cussing him out and pointing at his foot

i have some storys like that once me and my firends went to some kids woods and i had some kid who is not just an a-hole on the field but any ways he followed me in to some burshand he dose not hide very well and some of the other team starts shooting at him so I and I alone start shooting back the moron just starts moveing NOT shooting but moveing around so i could not hear the guy comeing from behind us and he called us out (we have a five foot rule)
and this kid im with opens up on him and im right in the middle of them so he hit me a good 5-10 time in the back of the head piss me off so much i cussed him out all the way back to are trucks (a good1\2 mi) and for another 10-15 min after that :pissed:

well i was playing a few weeks ago, I was back right and carl was left 25. he yells "I THINK IM HIT I NEED A CHECK". Well our mid player responds, "Who cares just wipe it off". After the game I told our mid player he was mentally retarded. He started about how wiping was ok because he was brave enough to get hit more than once a game. I told him he was dirty cheater and should be castrated.

I dont play with him anymore.

ok so this one game we did a somalian rebel vs. rangers thing...rangers had to first go to the downed f16 and blow it up...then go the castle, or, somalian base camp and rescue the pilot. so me and a few other guys set off for the f16, which is actually a 7 foot high raised bunker with a ladder. it wasnt really that far away, probably about 200 yards in the wide open because this is desert, and there are no bunkers to hide behind, only thin bushes. as we approach the "F16" a newb pops up and fires a few rounds in our general vicinity. i ask for covering fire and make a run for the tower. we have a no bunker rule there, so what you do is run up, tap on the house or bunker and yell surrender. so i do this and waddya know, the kid pops over the top and puts a shot onto the top of my head....wow was i pissed, but i didnt get carried away in anger, and luckily a ref saw the whole thing. as if that wasnt enough, as we are attacking the castle, one guy decides to go rambo style and pulls a move very similar to that in the first story, making a run straight for us...well...me actually, taking paint the whole way. so by the time he is within 10 feet of me, still firing mind you, his shirt has changed colors completely. that was just really annoying. back in the staging area...turns out the guy was the first kids dad...go figure

At a field near me I was playing with y crappy marker and I ran out of gas. I had paint but no gas. SO I go on this hill, lie down adn there is an enemy standing there looking away like 10 ft away, I shot him 3 times but with no air they didn't break and I ended up running away for my life. So I figure, well, I might as well go to their flag station and get their flag and try to run it back. SO I run past 2 guys about 30 ft away from the flasg stationa dn they do nothing, and there is a guy lieing down at their flag station pointed in the opposite direction so I creep up behind and ask him to surrender (and hope he says ok because if I wanted to shoot nothing woiuld have happened) he stands u and puts his hand up, and while I'm getting the flag he lights me up in the back like 15 times. at like 5 feet away. I swear if I had gas I would have ****ed him up so badly.

Luckily the ref saw me surrender him and he showed mercy by raising his hand and I ran the flag back to our station to win it. I had a few words with the kid, and let me tell u, 15 welts on your back taking a shower isn't fun.
