I'm chopping balls while I have Vision on and i haven't even been shooting that fast lately. I think its my ball detents. Is the white ball detent thats connected to the Vision Eye exposed to be a lot firmer/tighter than the one across from it?

detents, bolt, dwell, pressure, paint quality......

blowback? that was what was causing mine to chop.... changed the bolt, no probs since

are you breaking, or chopping?

well im having the same problem on my nasty, and i dont think its the dwell, bolt, or pressure, cause pressure is set at like 170, dwell is just what its set at from the factory, and my bolt looks fine. i dont think it was the paint, cause it was pretty new big ball. and im positive its chopping cause i see the paint explode out of the chamber, and when i take the barrel off theres just a paint filled shell siting in there with paint dripping all over the whole gun...

the vision works - its just a gun problem, where somethin in the gun is making the balls break. btw, jps is my friend and were having the same problem so i thought id respond for him

yea - it sure is better than having that heartattack when paint just explodes out of the chamber and gets all over the whole gun and internals

you could also try to screw in the detents hand tight only. When I had my imp, I used to screw in the detents as hard as possible and i broke paint a lot. When I loosened the stock detents some it really helped a whole lot! Just make sure the don't come loose and fall out.
