low batt light on revvy

I took my 9v revvy apart because i was thinking about converting it to a 18v ( http://www.spyder-faq-center.com/ go to mod section), and i looked where the low battery light should be and there is no LED!?!?! :mad: i was wondering why it never went on......

also..... has anyone done this mod before? is it safe???

Is any mod on yoru 12v/9v worth it IF you are going to get the Turborev chip?

i have the 9 volt modded to 18 volt and it feeds a whole lot faster than it did before. i also put longer blades on the propellers like the 12 volt has but dont put 4 only 2 cuz it spins too fast for four to work.
