he said end cap...... not valve cap..... and the respirator is black, punch is red.............
i am a little hazy on this product, so if i am wrong, please correct me...
I believe that the evil punch is actually evil/pmi marketing the pacemaker cylinders. If that is the case, run away, run far, far, away from that product. Unless they have changed the manufacture since the last batch I handled and tested, they will only cause you constant consternation (it'll piss you off).
they have brass barriers that are pressed together, and over time, the air presure tends to make it fall apart. Plus, even when working, they are heavier than 1300 grains, (if i recall correctly) so when you put it in your gun, it seems to make you gun more efficient because the fps goes up. In all actuallity, the efficiency goes down because more air is being let out with each shot. it's like another way of lengthening the dwell time.
If it is not the same product, then take my words with a grain of salt.
If it has been redesigned since my last experience (4 months ago), then tread cautiosly.
If you do get one, or already have one, I encourage you to start a thread on there performance and design.
I will also be able to give you some tips on how to make them a bit more reliable.
