Impulse Dwell

Hey does anybody know what would be the best dwell for a bone stock impulse with an input of 160psi? I just got it and it seems to be very inefficent and my friend said it was probley the dwell setting. I have a cricket board (non vision)

set pressure to 180psi, then set dwell to shoot 280 fps
