Shorter barrel on an autococker?

I'm gettin a 99 autococker, and I'm buying a new Dye Ultralite

My friend says I should get like a 12 inch... but I think I should get a 14 inch 'cause thats the one I had on my spyder....

Is it actually betetr to have a shorter barrel on the cocker?

it doesn't matter. just get the length that feels right to you.

well if you play back then a 14 maty deo you good

if you play all around or mid get a 12

if you play front or alot of small/inddo get a 10

if you want to get horrible efficiency either get an 8" or 24"

I'm usually not a back player, or a front,, I like mid...

for one, its like a dumper, except you dont waste so much paint, and for another its a nice all round spot...

so yeah, 12 it is...

Shorter barrels on cockers means no difference from a shorter barrel on say a spyder or a mag. Barrels wont perform differently from marker to marker.

They gotto go somewhere, and the WGP forum is packed full of em. We even have a sticky basically saying no barrel related questions :|

I have a 12" freak on my cocker and I absolutely hate it. All I play is airball, and I can't push in crap with it.
