ceramic teflon lasting???

Well i have one small question I may buy a j and j ceramic 14 inch barrel because i hear they are very nice. but they have teflon on the inside now is there anyway of it being wore out by so many shots.


cause i know teflon pans can wear out

if this is a stupid question you can dis me up all you want just answer it.

Yes, the teflon coating can wear out... not a dumb question at all. Sure super slick surface, but longevity is severely reduced.

I have a J&J ceramic barrel, and I havent had any problems with it yet, I love it

yeah the thing is, teflon pans are exposed to a lot of heat which is why they wear out but I don't think friction really makes a difference, so I'm sure the barrel will last a very long time and even if it doesn't they're not terribly expensive so it's probably worth it
