Even the real MP-5K isn't completely made out of metal.
So deal with it.

there are lots more stuff...

rt

I got a quick question about nitro... is it not worth it to buy the smallest tank? IF i get nitro, i doubt i will but if i do is it only worth buying the 68 or 88/4500?

BradK

what kind of paintball do you play? It would help to know.
Either way a rear volecity adjuster is a good thing

E r y k
06-07-2003, 07:12 AM
dont get the smallest tank, they are not worth it, unless your gun really requires it, 470 isnt really much for a small tank.

btw, how is that reg workin w/ co2?

Goober_AK
06-07-2003, 07:23 AM
I'm probaly gettin a 68ci/3000psi, i positon do u play? Woods or Speedball?

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 07:38 AM
The reg is working good, but i just bought too small paint cuz it can roll in and out of my flatline. Untill i get a med size bore balls i won't know the true power of my gun. I mostly play woods but theres a field opening up in like 2 weeks or so, i'm pretty sure its a speedball course.

Goober_AK

Go with nitro if u want, at ur field they'll probaly have nitro fill ups. Or u can get ur co2 anit-siphone (sp?) But, don't get the smallest tank... get either a 68/3000, or a 68/4500

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 09:44 AM
Quick question, u know when u run out of co2 it does the thing where it sound like ur firing auto.. well after it stops i could here air leaking from t he barrel... is that normal? if not how do i fix it?

llSmithll
06-07-2003, 02:14 PM
thats because your rear bolt is resting on the blowback release pin. its normal.

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 02:33 PM
Is there any way to make my a-5 more co2 efficent, use less co2? cuz my friend has a e-99 and he said he can shot like 1500+ shots... from a 20 oz

llSmithll
06-07-2003, 03:54 PM
1) move far away from maine
2) get that regulator to 650 psi

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 04:36 PM
how will get my reg to 650 psi help?

llSmithll
06-07-2003, 04:40 PM
less co2 use

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 04:46 PM
can u tell me how to my BL Torepedo at 650 psi?

llSmithll
06-07-2003, 04:47 PM
no, but a proshop can. do you have a dial on it?

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 04:50 PM
nope but i'll prob go to the store tommorrow to get co2 refill.
if i play woods mostly i won't need hpa would i?

llSmithll
06-07-2003, 04:51 PM
you live in maine, so it probably wouldnt hurt

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 04:54 PM
yea thats true but 200 bucks... i'm not sure how much we are going to be playing since the paintball field opens in like 2 weeks. but which would be better 68 or 88/4500 cuz that would be what i'd get.

llSmithll
06-07-2003, 04:56 PM
68, but its preferance. be sure that the have a boost on their compressor, otherwise you have a 200 buck paperweight

Zero_Odds
06-07-2003, 04:59 PM
boost? if u mean that they can fill 4500 tanks they can i asked before. would this be a "good" deal or should i buy from my store for like 20-30 bucks more...

For my setup does anyone know if i'll get more shots with a 20oz or a 68/4500? and by how much?

Goober_AK
06-08-2003, 06:17 PM
20oz i think... because with Nitro u give up shots for consisnecy (sp?)... but not 100% sure

Zero_Odds
06-08-2003, 06:25 PM
whats "(sp?)" well then should i go hpa or not.... i figure that if they both give the same amout.... and at my store its 5 for 20oz refill and 4 for 4500 refill, i think, so after like 100+ refills HPA will be cheaper. If HPA gives more shots then i'd definitely go with HPA.

llSmithll
06-08-2003, 06:32 PM
it means he cant spell (spelling)

if they got all day air, it gets even better!

Zero_Odds
06-08-2003, 06:33 PM
OOOO, what do you think about my situation, smith?

llSmithll
06-08-2003, 06:40 PM
if you pay a field fee that includes all day air, its a good deal.
you have a a5 right? so no low pressure kit yet, but when it comes (trust me it will) jump on it like a cheap suit and you can go all day on that 68 ci tank

Zero_Odds
06-08-2003, 06:43 PM
why a low pressure kit... what does it do? I heard the flatlines are best with high pressure...

llSmithll
06-08-2003, 07:44 PM
low pressure means your intenals work at a lower psi, (400) compared to high psi (800). this, with a tank thats at a preset 400, will give you much, much, more shots

Zero_Odds
06-08-2003, 07:57 PM
how much is much more? 500+ shots?

llSmithll
06-08-2003, 08:05 PM
depends on the tank size

Zero_Odds
06-08-2003, 08:10 PM
68/4500 or a 88/4500, how much would the low pressure system cost?

llSmithll
06-08-2003, 08:15 PM
its not out yet, so i cant tell you. but my guess would be some where around 120

Zero_Odds
06-08-2003, 08:16 PM
when u think it'll be out? so will i be able to get another 500 shots?

llSmithll
06-08-2003, 08:26 PM
might. also might want to check out the air systems forums too. and, no, i dont know when it will be out.

Zero_Odds
06-09-2003, 04:22 PM
Do any of you know if Med bore size paint is best for flatline(A-5), cuz i think i got some small sized with me and they roll in and out of the barrell and aren't accurate.
