setting hpr pressure?

i have a gen 4 bushy w/o a guage and i was wondering how i would know what pressure my hpr is set at, also those of you with 68/3000 nitro's how many shots do you get?

theres a notch on the bottom, inside the sleve, unscrewing is lowering and screwing in is to raise, i am not sure so some one please correct me if im wrong

oh, i know how to adjust it i was just wondering how to find out what pressure it is set at without a guage, or how to set it at the right pressure without a guage, i don't want to blow something
