turn your velocity a tad down, click the feed neck down, look in make sure there is a little orange rubber thing in the gun (ball latch, annoyingly important) if its not find it (or if your bold and daring make your own) , after the ball latch thing is done if its still there take apart your gun check your o-rings give it a nice clean and oil it.

I had a problem like that after i replaced my bolt. i over tightend my screws and that made it stick like you were talking about. it also solved the double fire ....dont know how but why ask questions if it works.

A lot of people have the problem that they don't screw their power tube in tight enough. This will cause weird firing problems. Make sure the bolts that hold in the power tube are tight. There are very few times that you should take this part out of your marker. Because of this, you can RED loctite it in; it probably won't ever come out. If you think you might take it out for vertical adapters, low pressure chambers, ebolts, etc, use blue loctite. Just make sure you let it (red and blue loctite) dry for 24 hours before firing the gun, and make sure the screws are in tight. Just don't go so tight that you strip out the screws in your power tube.

Almost every marker has a different name for it. Ball latch, ball detent, nubbin, it does the same purpose so it gets used pretty much interchangeably. I'm sure there are other names too, and it's as creative as you want to be.
