Well, u can mod a 9 volt revvy, is that what u have?

if you're talking about putting a turbo board in it, you can't, the BE 9vts have a fake battery in them, the pre-BE ones don't, and the turbo board requires 12 (or 18?) volts. it also doesn't have a light

I am just saying, b/c w/ the 9 volt, u can mod it to a 18 volt. Just using a soldering iron, another 9 volt battery and 9 volt batter hook up w/ wires.

thats exactly the problem, there's no space in the hopper for a 2nd battery

Really? My pre-be revvy has a "back block" if you will, that takes the place of another 9v so it holds the 9v you're using in place...I could easily make it 18v

i just turned my 9v into an 18v and it works great.
i didnt think another 9v would fit either, but i took the hopper apart and the little block thing just slides out.

that was the original plan but it's way smaller than the 12 vt, and i tried to find room for another battery but it wouldn't fit, i'm thinking of getting an 18vt battery pack from radio shack and if that doesn't fit, securing it to the outside of it.

Well, my second battery fit, VL uses the same hopper for the 9 and the 12, for the 9, all they did is put a block where the second battery would go, and the 12 has the block out and a battery/new motor in it. So a second battery does fit, a bit tight but it worked.

It says that on the low battery and the on/off switch side, and the other side says:

That is it!

yours is made by BE, thats why it has the fake battery and mine doesn't

:pissed: AAAAAAAHHHH CRAP! Well, it better not fall apart. Thanks for telling me that b/f i blabbed about it, and someone else told me and my a fool out of myself. There really isn't anything wrong w/ it though. I bought it mainly to keep the balls moving down the elbow, which my APP 230 wide load hopper didn't do.

Geez, what simon is saying is there is only room for ONE battery. Post-BE revs have a FIXED block in them.

Read first please...

Simon, I dont know what to do, maybe you could cut the block out? a dremel should make easy work of it.
Or buy new shell(s)

What side is he block hooked to? If its the right half, buy a new right half, and you'll be all set.

no, it's even harder than that, it's a completely different body. in a 12 volt there are 2 batteries that go perpendicular to your marker like so || 2 batteries next to each other. mine lines up w/ my barrel. so instead of the batteries going like this:
||
it goes like this
_

the body is much skinnier, i think i'm just gunna get one of those new revvies w/ the x board
