Which has the most potential for accuracy? Pump or Semi?

Which type of gun has the most potential for accuracy? A pump gun or a semi-auto gun? If you took the best pump gun with the best barrel, nitro, etc.. would it have more accuracy than the best semi-auto, with the best barrel, nitro, etc..?

With the same paint/barrel match, it would be just about the same.. Not noticable atleast.

stock phantom vs stock cockers or mags

when you talk about comparing the average pump to the average semi, you will find that pumps are are noticably more accurate. but with both these types of guns accuracy is more from the hands that hold the marker. you have to be a good shooter to be accurate. i believe pumps make that task a lot more accomplishable.
