im wondering the same thing Dan the Man...... I want to create the ultimate Sniper marker although im a firm beleiver in "its not the gun that makes the man, its the man that makes the gun" saying but still i want a marker that reflects my abilities as a sniper (which is the best in my area with a LOUD shotty MR1 although i kno i would die if i went ne where with serious scenario players *wink) and i think it might be a pump marker......im willing to spend a couple bucks so please dont hold back with your responses on this forum!!!!!

What's the need? Back when I had my phantom and had a red dot on it, I could put every shot in a 2x2 inch square at 15 yards with good paint and shooting from a rest. This was with the factory barrel. Heck my brother's unibody black widow is almost as good....
I suppose that from offhand, you would want the most consistant and steady platform possible, perhaps meaning a regg'd sniper or CCM or such with a very light pull and a decent amount of weight to the set up.

For a gun that can use aftermarket barrels, my vote goes for the Action Markers Illusion series. With a J&J Edge kit, the accuracy is astounding. Damn shame the company went bust, because they really had something good.

I'd say anything that can get an aftermarket barrel kit, like phantoms...

Not to throw a monkey wrench in the works, but I have an equation barrel kit for my Illusion. I'm still a better shot with my PGP. I think it's a matter of knowing what the gun is going to do.

With really good paint (RPS Marbalizer, Zap Chronic), I can do nearly that same (3x3 inch) with my Kingmann New Hammer, Sterling Bronze and P68SC... with stock barrels.
