PaintBall in Italy?

I really need to find out if PaintBall is Legal in Italy and where I can find documentation stating that it is.....I want to start a Bussiness here in Italy......hmmm..can anyone help me out? If so, you can have a free game on me!

The only person qualified to answer that question would be a lawyer certified in Italian law, who I suggest you consult.

There are paintball facilities that operate in Italy, so it is relatively safe to assume it is legal, but insurance and other issues are definitely going to have to be addressed.
