How do i change avatar dimensions??

Hey i need help making my avatar smaller its 100 x 70 pixels and thats too big problem is i dont know how to make it smaller can any 1 help me thanks

also when and if i can put it on i want to change the lettering cuz it shows a web site is there any way i can change that here is what i want :

i use to have the same avatar, until i switched to this one.

i can make it 60x60 for you but that still wont fit you need to cut frames, i can send you my version of it plus it doesn’t have the advertising on the end. private message me if you want it
