Before this I had always gotten fast, reliable service from bbt. But I ordered some stuff about a month ago from them and I still have not gotten it. They told me that one thing i ordered was out of stock but it would be in within 5 days. Well, i just called them and they told me that that hat would not be in for at least another MONTH!!!!! not only that, but they told me that the jersey and valve i had ordered was not in and would not be in for at least another 2 weeks. I was shocked. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I know some people have had good service with them (ie muck and TL) but I have had nothing but probelems with them. The majorly f'd up my orders, did not even return it for the right thing, lied, were rude, ect.

I've had decent luck with them. I ordered an m98custom with bigshot, and they're ultimate upgrade package...etc etc...all arrived quickly.

However, when I sold that, and got a Spyder TL+, I order my j&j and paintballs from BBT and they took an extra day to mail it, so instead of mailing on Monday morning and me receiving on Friday, they mailed on Tuesday afternoon and I received on MONDAY, after the weekend I was to play.

Anyways, they're ok. No obvious problems...

I don't know, maybe y'all already do this, but no matter who I order from, I always ask them if the stuff is in stock and when it will ship.

Also, get the UPS tracking number from them, that way you can log unto UPS's Web site and see where the package is.

I've never had a bad experience with BBT, But that doesn't mean that not getting what you want when you want is not Frustrating.

i ordered from them once and i was satisfied. i ordered a hell of alot of stuff. new cocker, nitro tank, drop forward, etc... anyways i got the 110ci bulldog and bulldog discontiued the 110 and it didnt get sent to bbt so they called me up 2 days later and told me the story. bulldog is putting out a 91 ci instead, there not out yet so i had the choice to pick from a 68ci adjustable or they would mail me a check, i picked the 68. when ig ot my stuff i opened it up and there was a check for the difference between the tanks and i got some free stickers for the trouble. it was pretty cool.

moral of the story, they shouldn't have charged you before they mailed the product. Did you use a credit card, cause if so, then that kinda ruins their policy of charging actual shipping costs (which seem kinda high to me). If they charge before they ship, then they don't know the actual shipping costs.

I can see your point on the shipping charges, but they are not alone on that. Almost every company that ships stuff UPS or Fed Ex charges for shipping before actually shipping. Plus, the shipping companies set the shipping rates, so you can't really blame an individual merchant for the shipping charges.
