I went to the my shop to look at the BKO's (as I always do). I have never asked the owner about them becase I know a lot from here. So I decided to ask him about the BKO and he said that you have to have a dual reg set-up or it will hurt the soleniod. Anyone else hear this or can confirm this? Thanks

with the stock reg and the reg on the tank you should be fine

If you are running anti-siphon co2 a dual reg setup up such as a female stabilizer and an another reg is recommended, but running a male palmers stabilizer is fine also.
If you are running nitro then you can run just a single reg.

these guys are thinking after-market.
here is the jist.
any stock BKO has a dual reg setup.
a High pressure regulator, and a low pressure regulator
the hpr is the big cylinder that looks like a foregrip
the lpr is the stumpy cylinder behind it
the lpr feeds the solinoid with air and that is what pushes the bolt/hammer assembly forward to hit the valve and shoo the ball.

Don't worry, just buy a nitro tank, gas it up, set up the regs correctly, and lay down the paint.
