Hey, anyone have any feedback on FirstCallPaintball.com...like how long shipping took, customer service, etc. Anything would be appreciated.

I ordered a reloader on Sunday night, shipped Monday (I was suprised, cuz Sunday isn't a business day). We'll see when it comes :), probably today or tomorrow.

Did you order by phone or online? and did the "Order Status" thing work for you...mine has been saying "pending" for like 2-3 days now.

I ordered an All American 01 from them and it always said pending, but don't worry it will come. Mine came earlier than expected from them. They are great, they just dont post the shipping number on the order status.

Which is a pain. When i saw that after i ordered my proteus i called them and asked if my order went through. The guy said everything was going fine and that i should get a pen and pencil out so he could give me my tracking number. I get ready to write it down and he starts saying it in code. One Niner Alpha Zebra Beta Foster and all this stuff. Some of it was unclear and he just made me screw up. Oh well it still came.:laugh:

First Call Paintball is cheap, but they suck.

I first ordered my Impulse with a PMI drop forward from them and the drop forward never even came. They didn't say out of stock or anything. BTW, they never update the order status so you never get a tracking number unless you call their number (which was long distance for me).

Recently I ordered an Egg2, again with the PMI drop forward and in special comments I said : "If something is out of stock, please notify me before you ship it." So a few days later I called them to see if it had been shipped (because they don't update order status) and they said it had...I asked "What was shipped with my order?" their answer: "The Evolution hopper. "I specifically put in special comments to notify me before you ship." Yea well they cancelled the order for the drop forward and just shipped the Egg2...without even telling me. They didn't even put it on back order or anything. And the damn drop forward doesn't even say out of stock on the website! I suggest ordering from County Paintball. They are a little more expensive, but the service is worth it.

I just got my stuff so I'm happy with them. I just got worried when the Order Status was always pending, but it arrived in 3 days which is pretty good.
