armson long ball on autococker?

I have heard that armson barrel on cockers are very good at close range. But I also heard that they hook when you try to long ball with them. Is this true?

yea but they get about 75% of their flight path before they hook

me and my friend both have one 8" (altho he has a stealth 8" looks funny as shniz) they dont hook too bad probably about as bad as a dirty teardrop.

They tend to hook at around 120 feet, but they remain just as accurate ie always hook the same and i have used the arc to tag ppl behind bunkers.

JW do you guys know where you can buy the short Armson barrel. I don't care about if it the ported one or not.

The only place i can find the short one is on armsons site

and i dont thkn you can find the 8" on the site i check often.
but the proteam site (armson inc.) has one on their stock sleeper
and id advise stay away from the short one the spin ratio is much to low for the size of the ball id go with the 13".
