ok, so i was taking apart bko to clean regulators, and it went pretty well. Or so i thought until i got it back together. When back together, i pulled the trigger and nothing happened, except a slight click. no matter how i turned the HPR screw, no pressure was registering on the HPR gauge. anyone know what that would be? some common mistake with putting the HPR back together? thanks:( :( :( :(

somethink is definatley blocking the air flow, or ur tank is empty or low.

If it's not the tank or the flow, it may be the main HPR spring.
I've noticed that if I leave it compressed for too long, the spring will not return to it's full length.
Right now, I have to turn the screw pretty much all the way in to get 200psi. When the screw is flush with the body of the reg, the little ballbearing inside is loose (ie, the spring is not pressing the ballbearing up against the set screw.
If the main spring has been compressed too short, then it won't pop the valve open to let air into the reg.
If that's the case, then your safest bet is to get a BKO rebuild kit, or if it's under warranty, get the spring from ICD.
Cheers

white lithium grease is white lithium grease. Most people do buy it from Home Depot. Just buy it and lube up your gun.
