I did receive the product, there are some small nicks on the bolt is that normal ?

anyway my problem with them was, I haven't been able to cantact them for almost 2 weeks now.
I called, no body answer it and it was a cell phone !
I emailed for inquires for 110% price guarantee also no respond:pissed:.

normal if they do not respond for 2 weeks, normal if they just ignored you, or normal online shopping scheme ?

The thing is, it's probably not a big company thats why the customer service number landed on a cell phone !

I should have purchase it from pbgear.com.
They respond to my inquiries in 2 hrs, they have 800 number
much much better.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from pbfanatics and I've never had a problem. Dunno if I've just had good luck or what. The one time I had to call them they picked up on the second ring.

if the nicks in the bolt aren't big it might just be from the testing at the factory.

I got an email adderss of a guy at pbfanatics and it's not listed on their site. I got it from someone that at ebay that apparently under the same main company.

He said that he's taking care of it now and let's see.. it should be interesting.

If anythign resolved, the next thing would be clearing their name !
