it may be your gasket the little thing in betweent he solnoid and the body of your impulse. Check and see if has any little cuts or anything like that.

Are you sure you didn't put it back together wrong? Or break any orings in the process?

I wouldn't worry about the gasket to much. As I see it, there are three possibilities...

1. The middle o-ring on the ram assembly is leaking air. This lets air go to the back side of the ram assebly which then goes through the exhaust side of the solenoid. (hope it's this problem). Take the o-ring off and roll it between your thumb and finger to find the possible cut. Replace it if possible. If it's not, switch it with one of the other two. If your leak is gone or different, you know where the problem was or is.

2. The o-ring on the ram shaft is leaking, causing the same effect as above.

3. The problem is in your solenoid somewhere. could be a newly cut o-ring in the shaft or it could be that the endcap got put on rotated 180*. You may want to pm heyheyhey, I think he is more familiar with the solenoid than I am.

It is possible I'm way off base, but that's a good start I think.
