Here's mine. 14" J&J Ceramic Barrel. (Still working on getting my flatline installed correctly.) Double trigger, Tippmann expansion chamber, and a Tasco 1x 25mm red dot scope. Hey...it helps me aim faster than the stupid stock site. Not pictured (yet) is the custom paintjob I did on it...3 color camo job. I'll get that up as soon as I can.

Alright, you saw my previous mods on my 98...here's the latest. Flatline barrel, double trigger, Tippmann Expansion Chamber, polished and quieted internals, and custom 3 color camo paintjob (using Rustoleum camo paint, and clear top coat.) The gun will be ghillied with burlap as well...but I didn't want to take a pic of that.

I run at 250psi with the dwell on lowest setting. Gets about 1200 shots from my 68/4500 Nitroduck Pre-set. The pneumatics for the bolt and hammer are set to about 60psi.

Here is the second major set of modfications. I now own 3 after market barrels for my Tippmann, A Flatline, a J&J Ceramic (pictured bellow) and a Lapco Bigshot. I have also put on my gun a AR100 sigth kit from Ballistic Sports. This kit gives my gun the lookand feel of the assault rifles I became so familiar in my years in the Marine Corps. The next set of modofications will include the TM-203 grenade launcher from Rusty's.

I based the design on the Pulse Rifle from the movie Aliens... The shotgun component was originally suppose to go underneath the Tippmann barrel, but it seemed to fit over it perfectly. I could fit something in the lower part of the shotgun and make it pump, but other than the disassembled internals of a Blade, I dont know what else would fit. I need some ideas!

u all probably noticed that my hose was a little to long, lol. well here's how i fixed it, (drilled a whole through the front grip and ran the hose through. so basically, a cheap way to get a GSFG (gas-through Fore Grip)

I'm the only one here, it seems, with this kind of gas rigging.

I also polished the internals well, and attempted to quiet them, but the silencing didn't work. The elbow is drilled [to avoid any blowback]. Rear cocking is something I'll be looking into as well.

Went kinda crazy this weekend and decided to try to custom paint. fairly pleased with the results, especially for a first try. the clearcoat isn't dry yet, so it's just the reciever halves. more pics to come once i'm fully assembled

Here we go.

I think I'm going to stick with this paintjob. I modeled the pattern as best as I could from my friends arm. Marked it off in masking tape, and cut out the pattern. It's got some x-acto cuts in the paint, but I'm no artisan. And I had to file off the lettering to get all the details in.

Okay, I've seen some sweet markers here, but so many have stupid hoses. I have a buddy that works at a gas fitting company, send me an email and I'll get you a custom made steel braided hose (like the stock 98 hose) but made to your length. Minimum 3" and remember that the cuffs around the hose don't bend. Oh, and since this is a pic post, I'd better show mine.

Here is a picture of my Tippy 98. Since I took this photo, I upgraded to a Custom, and added a vertical expansion chamber and red Dye sticky grips.

I used this marker to play in a 3 man tournament at Amateur level, against players armed with the highest-end markers, such as Angels, Impulses, Cockers, etc. We won three, tied two and lost three. One game, I took out all three opponents with my "cheap" Tippmann. Our team had my M98, an A-5, and an Automag. I played rear position, and never really felt like I was being overwhelmed by electro firepower.

Tippmann 98 custom with red Dye stickies, expansion chamber (that was the hardest thing I ever had to screw into a marker... ever), Full Boar Rear Cocking, and a unknown brand 14" barrel.
The barrel is awesome, but I have no idea what type it is. I bought it from a bargain bin for 20 bux.

Actually a bipod would allow you to keep the gun perfectly steady with a flatline which could mean tighter groupings and less curving :)

The scope would also be useful, how many times have you played in the woods and wish you could see where that guy is hiding behind the brush in, with a scope you could look around for slight movements and get the little bugger

It's not a waste, you are just trying to be like the tournament players in the world and say any gun under 350 bucks is crappy. "Brass eagle sucks, mags are old and I hate them, spyders suck sooo much, I would rather get shot in the balls than play with a spyder" (Typical tournament player's opinion's)

Anyway, this is a pic thread not a convo, nice gun... so I don't get yelled at

I added a few more things to my m98c, umm got a powerfeed, broke my speed collar but a new one is on the way with my new regulator, replaced the grip for a blue one, blue nipple protector, raised sight rail that doubles as a carry handle, and a 4x scope for looks since i cant see through it with my mask on.
