Great gun for front cause of the size plus you get range and accuracy of a cocker. Best of all no need for a beaver tail.

Yes, personally I do not like the powerfeed on the gun, it is pretty useless...but whatever floats your boat.

Sorry, but cockers have the same range/accuracy of any other gun shooting 300fps with a good barrel paint match.

well i think i figured out why people say the cocker has more range because when people shoot cockers we shoot them by archin the ball alot more then any other gun at least thats what i have expirienced and observed so they do have the same if you shoot them the same but a lot of people that have low end semis and electros shoot straighter just a thought to consider:cool:

should've asked this sooner, but most ppl don't talk about the micros...
how's it balance? does it significantly take away some of the back weight of the gun? I'm getting a CF micro built, and one of my concerns was always how the gun balances as a micro...

aside from the bolt and hammer, yes you can

First, yes two identicle paintballs one fired from a blow back ad the other from a closed bolt will travel the same distance if fired along the same trajectory. However, that does not mean the guns have the same effective range. The closed bolt guns are more consistant in velocity and also in the spin (if any) which is placed on the ball in flight. Hence better accuracy and increased range.
Second, the micro is a bit lighter in the back end but if anything i find the balance is improved by this. My micro with tank and barrel will balance on the web between my thumb and index finger with out any fingers griping it and when held it points better than any gun i've shot so far.
Thirdly, you can upgrade micros in many ways but bolt and hammer up grades will require custom work with a machinist. I am a machinist so no problem for me but if you are not or don't have a friend who can do the work it could be a problem. But pneumatics grips triggers et. are all tweekable
