I've been looking to get a new bolt for my M98. Preferebly one that helps with consistancy and noise(ping). Does anyone have a Venturi bolt? Worth it? Can you think of another bolt that would be better? Or should i just go for a regulator or other upgrade instead? If you have a suggestion please be specific. Thanx!

My Setup:
M98
Flatline barrel system
Pro team car stock
Long scope
Rocket cock
I use Co2

A new bolt, venturi or otherwise, will do nothing to improve the performance of your M98. Your money would be better spent on just about anything else.

DO NOT get an aftermarket bolt. its one of teh worst things you can do. when i had mine, it chopped like heck. the regular stock bolt from tippmann is perfect for your marker. i highly advise to ignore the hype and keep your stock bolt.

the bolt will make ur gun worse, its been proven, dont change it, ur stock bolt is the best u can get for a tippy

hm.. my accuracy slighty increased with the bolt. it didnt ever chop

but the accuracy is barely. maybe even none. i just suggest not getting it. but it doesnt harm (except your wallet)

Maybe you are the luck one.
99% people who replaced their stock bolt have really bad experiences with it. They hate that damn thing.
Check its reviews.

Maybe I`m a lucky one too,I`ve bought mine (32degrees) some before the winter ended up here, and my accuracy got better, and whats more I wasn`t chopping balls anymore like before...;) ...maybe the affect depends on what kind of gun do u have (I have an oldskewl 98),or what paint do u use,and since here we have mostly some mad deformed cheapballs I`d recommend it for anyone to buy one of these bolts.Maybe You`ll got disappointed only because of You`ve eaten the too much hype came with it...

Yeah, there are so many variables that affect the outcome.
