[FONT=arial][COLOR=blue] My Flatline AutoCocker shoots two balls sometimes. When I pull the trigger the bolt will come back and a ball will go into the chamber, but the when i let go of the trigger the bolt closes and nothing happens then il pull it again then another ball will enter and two will fire out and curve off and fall short. Sometimes it does three but most of the time it does two balls. I think it's the bolt but I really dont know. I need your help.

Sounds like the hammer and sear are not engaging so the bolt ccycles but the hammer just goes back to fired postition. tighten the cocking rod and also the knob into the back and see if it helps.
if not it could be
1) length on pushrod needs to be just a smidge longer.
2) internal prob with sear or hammer
3)ask an expert:eyes:

Wife just said something really obvious it could be the front reg pressure is a bit too low or is backing off and so it is not pushing the ram far enough to engage the sear every time.

Also, degas the gun, cock it by hand, and check if the bolt clears the breach. When degassed and cocked the bolt should be 1mm back into the body.

If that's fine, then its the timing.

I would check the sear. If its not the sear maybe the cocking rod is too long.

why you here then.

1st check your cocking rod, and make sure it's screwed in all the way. Sometimes mine gets loose, and it'll keep feeding paint in the barrel, but not fire.

either that or it would be a sear problem.

or it might be the flatline drawbacks my flatline on my m98 did that also
