I don't know if this video is good but there is a video by traumahead sportz. It's actually an event video but there is a part where Danny Love breaks down an evolution autococker in and puts it back together and times it in like the time of 2 minutes. It was insane.

I have the autococker trix video. I recommend it to everyone who has a AC, and wants to learn more about it. Features Budd Orr, and he strips down the entire gun, and teaches you how to do it too. Strips it down, then puts it together again, shows diagrams how it works, and has a small segment on timing also, but not very informative (timing section)

If your looking for action, this isn't the video for you.

yeah, i have it too. The only thing is he is working on a pre 2000 cocker. I wish I had an updated one. Its a pretty good video.

Yeah, the movies good, but would be WAY better if their was more detail in the timing section.
