View Full Version : 12 volt revvy with x-board?
i have just purchased a vision impulse with vert max flow, tape worm, and a eclips blade trigger. i have not shot it yet so to tell the truth i do not know how fast it is. i all ready own a 12 volt revvy with an x-board and i was wondering, will keep up? if not what kind should i get and keep in mind i just spent 600$ so i am looking for something that also gives u what u pay for. thank you

Well No way will revvy keep up... you will need the Egg2 at least... halo b of course would be best... but $$$... yea... i have the egg2 with an impulse w/o eye and i only chopped 2 times in the 2 months i have had it.

Well a revvy really only feeds about 10bps consistently, so if you really don't shoot too fast, it will be fine, orelse I recomend an Egg2 or Halo B.

Thats why i got up at 9 am every morning for the whole summer! :laugh:
ya well i am only 14 and so all i can do for work is baby sit and i have to get up at 7 in the morning and dont get home till 5 pm and i do that for 5 days a week for 6 mounths out of the summer. o well i get payed 200 a week. heh.

hey i'm 15 and i work my my uncle... he pays me $20-30 an hour depending how much i do.

Anywhere between 3-4 hours a day during the summer... i can work whenever i want :laugh:
heh i got to work 50 hours a week that is more than a full time job lol

That sucks... and u only get paid $200? man...
o well all i do is eat there food wathc tv swimm and play video games with the kid. lol.

well, why dont you strap that baby on to your impy (pimpy) and see if you fire fast enough to out-shoot it? on the subject of jobs...i thought i was counseling summer rec. (im 15) but my freind didnt tell me it wasnt and it was really for some Dept. of public Works...i am out in the 90* weather from 6am till 5pm. im pulling weeds (full sized parks...) clearing sewers, picking trash, hauling rocks...not cool. and on top of that im only about 5 foot 2 and 96 pounds...i cant feel my back because i fell into a rock pile...
i just orderd it and it has not come in yet so i cant exactly try it out. that job sounds like it sucks. how much u get payed?

i do papers 2 times a week and i get paid $50 a month...Canadian i've made a resume and everything i just dont want a job b/c i wanna play pb as much as i can

well i make around 7 before taxes and around 5 after. so somewhere around $1400 i think i will have in the end of aug. Picking up leaves today...knees are sore, back is sore. lol.

AHHAHA i dont have a job which blows cause i need one to keep up with my new equipment expensise but i dont have to pay for paint or air or field fees.... :) :) :laugh:
so im set thier, need a new air system tho, Any one have a ArmeGeddon sysetem pref 45-4500 for cheap? :love:

im 14 and i dont have a job. coincidentally i also dont have any money. actually i get about $70/week for mowing my neighbors lawn and my field (yes, i said field.) but you wont see that money appearing in my impy coughgratefuldeadstuffcough as for a 12v w/ xboard, works fine for me, it can do about 16+ on quick bursts and come one guys, who actually shoots 10+ bps with out ever stopping?! if you shot more that 10 bps straight through a 7
minute game it would be more than *pulls out calculator* *dusts off calculator* *enters nubers in calculator* 4200 balls.... PER GAME.... but whatever floats your boat, sinks your submarine, or drives your automobile.

youd have to have someone feed your hopper for you and youd both have to have over a case on your back...*whips out calulator on Comp*..youd both need 15 140 pods

Not even an old school 18volt shredder can keep up. The problem isn't the hopper. It can only keep balls lined up perfectly forever, but you still would chop above a burst rate of 11-13 balls a second.
The problem is gravity. In a gravity feed hopper, gravity is what pulls the paint into the chamber. So the paint will only move so fast with the earths gravity.
On Jupiter, you could probably use a gravity feed hopper hopper and a highrise and feed like 36 balls a second... to bad the balls would be going so fast downward that they would break as they hit bottom of the chamber.
