View Full Version : What's up with Imperial Paintball?

Anyone know how to contact those jokers? I ordered an Undertow over three weeks ago and still haven't received it. They don't return e-mails, and their phone number (listed on their site, I've called three times and left messages as well) has been disconnected.

I wish I knew that EPBO sold the Undertow, I would've gone straight to them.

Imperial Paintball has shown how unprofessional they really are. From this experience (and from others I've heard) I would recommend NOT doing business with them in the future. Their customer service is absolutely NON-EXISTANT. I'm beginning to feel as if they swindled me out of $40!!!

they sent me my bolt in a few days.... custom colored even:eyes:

phone should be up tomorrow. I just got a box of bolts from tarantula yesterday. Im shipping today. I had a small article ran in APG for my bolts. I never imagined id sell as many as I have recently. Im now restocked though. I apologise for the inconvienence.

Imperial Paintball is ran by some of the nicest guys in paintball! When I got my Impulse visioned by then we had a little mix up with shipping so it took an extra week but, Werm through in a Undertow bolt for me!

IMPERIAL PAINTBALL FOREVER :D
