When, i look at the pictures of upgrades , they look really hard to install. Is it really hard to install upgrades like , drop forwards, regulators , stabalizers, turbo valves , and all that junk?:eyes:

No it really isn't that hard. Drops for example is just two screws. Regs simply screw into the markers and then you add the air fitting, which just screw in. Valves are a bit more involved but only due to the fact you might have to take your marker apart to do it. As long as you remember where things went you'll be fine. If you have a hard time with things like that take pictures as you go. Also you can come here and I'm sure someone would be able to walk you through just about any mod there is. If your still not sure there is always your local proshop for a small fee. Good luck.

Very simple actually, to install a drop here's what you do:

Take off your existing bottom line, and use the two screws that kept the asa adapter on the bottom of the trigger frame, and attatch the drop to the trigger frame with those.

Then put the asa on the other end of the drop, and use the screws that comes with the drop to attatch that, reconnect the hose, and your done.

Reg is very simple, just take whatever is out of your vertical adapter, screw the reg in, hook up the hose, and your done.

Valves are tricky sometimes, but here's how you do it.

Take off your trigger frame, your hammer/striker, all your internals, take off whatever you have on the front of the marker, like the barrel and lpc or whatever it may be.

On the bottom of the body there should be a screw, its called the jam nut, its what keeps the valve in place, what you do is remove that screw, and push the valve out of the back of the body, then push the new one in through the back of the body, then put the jam nut back in (be sure not to put it in too far, because there is no stop for it) and then reassemble everything as it was before.

Valves depend on the gun.

On an automag it is very simple. Just un screw a screw behind the trigger and slide it out :D

Most all of the parts are easy to install, and take off, as long as you know your gun inside/out. Just field strip your (Spyder) replace stock bolt with new one. If your gun already comes stock with a drop forward, and you want a new one put on, examine how the stock one is on there, and then unscrew the screws and screw the new one in place. Just screw the barrel on. If you want a new frame, just unscrew the screws holding the frame to body of gun, and unscrew the A/S/A, or the drop, from the bottom of the grip, then replace the old grip with new, and screw everything back in. If you do start upgrading, be prepared. If you get a drop, make sure you will still have enough hose/line to make your connections, and just read up on little things like that, then buy all of the parts you'll need and put them on, takes but 10 minutes on most stuff.

I just assumed he had a classic stacked tube body design.

Ok this may take sometime, irst lets break down the intenral parts.

Bolt-You should know this one
Cocking rod- Liknks the Cocking knob to the bolt.
Linkage-This is the little rod that connects teh Bolt to the Hammer
Hammer-aka Striker, This is the block in the bottom tube that is pushed by the main spring in to the valve stem.
Main Sping- Yeah you got it
Buffer- Rubber disk around the main spring to keep the Hammer from smacking the back block.
Back Block- Holds the bolt and hammer inside the marker.
Valve- Just like it says
Cup Seal- This is oncthe input side of the valve and closes the valve.
Valve stem- This is rod that goes through the valve and connects to the cup seal.

How it all works,
The sear releases the hammer. The main spring pushes the hammer in to the valve stem. the valve stem slides forward with the cup seal and gas enters the valve. The valve directs gas up to the bolt and back against the hammer. The hammer is blown back by the gas and compresses the main spring. The hammer is then caught by the sear again.
