i dunno if i should get a 2003 bko or the 2002 bko???wuts the diff??

The trigger frame is different as well as the board.

The 2k3 trigger frame has more adjustments and comes with a blade trigger.

The board, besides being physically smaller, is capped at 22bps instead of 15bps in the 2k2 model (I think this is accurate).

There may be some differences in the milling.

the BKO 2k3 is a low rise feed while the 2k2 has a high rise feed.

I'd recommend the 2k3, since it's the most current one out.
