Has anyone out there heard of the PT Extreme, or know where I can get some information on it on the web?

Thanks,

Predator

i've heard of hte PT Enforcer. I donno if it's the same, but the enforcer is a semi auto paint pistol. I've never shot one, but supposedly it's pretty nice.

THanks for the link - it looks real good. I've heard that it's a big improvement from the Enforcer.

My experience with it is pretty much limited to being shot in the back from 5 feet away. So I can honestly say that I know it shoots people in the back real well. The guy who had it was real happy with it, and I did see him outrun everyone to the flag, grab it before anyone could shoot at him, so I'd imagine you can move around a whole ton faster with just a pistol rather than a big gun with a revvy, tank and 12 inch barrel.

but don't all pt products usually suck? supposedly according reviews, they leak like no other, probably a user error but i don't know

that was the Enforcer. They leaked and broke all the time, and just weren't worth the money. The extreme is a BIG improvement from the Enforcer. The Extreme has all the glitches of hte Enforcer worked out, so it's a pretty nice pistol.

I just got one of these about a week ago and it is awesome. Haven't had time to get it chrono'd yet but where I have it now I get about 20 rounds to a 12 gram, and they are soo easy to convert to bottomline all their is, is a little plug you unscrew and then screw in your bottomline. And oh my gosh this thing is accurate i have a tweaked pro-lite with a 14 inch ceramic j&j barrel and i could swear this thing could probably out-shoot that. One set back I've seen is that the loader tube if you get into heavy firing and shooot off the paint rapidly it will pop right off and all your paintballs will end up goin flying in every direction. I just took a piece of tape and taped down the end which doesn't impede any operations but works great to keep it on their. Another thing is that the ball detent doesn't stick out very far and sometimes the ball wil roll out if you have small bore paint. I just took a few little shims of paper underneath it to raise it up. Overall I would say this thing is definetly worth the money for it.

How cool would it be to have a holster tucked into your shoulder and go rip**** on nearby contenders

does anyone know if it, the pt extreme, can take a spyder barrel. Seeing that its counterpart, the pt enforcer, is modeled so much after the spyder.

Nope...the PT Xtreme will not take spyder, or any other barrel right now. You are stuck with stock, until someone makes a barrel for them. They are front threading barrels...the threads are up near the business end of the barrel instead of at the back.

i've had my pt extreme for a couple weeks now. holy crap am i impressed. one thing though. 10 balls is not enough to last you a round. you WILL need to reload if you are playing with more than 6 guys. but this thing is deadly. i bunkered 5 people in one day with this thing. every shot i made went directly where i wanted it to go. i did so many one shot-one kill things its not even funny. i'd shoot twice, my oponent would get hit twice. but this i would not recomend for a person with an itchy triger finger. cuz your s.o.l. if youve shot all your rounds and your opponent knows it. but at any rate i give this the highest 10 posible. awesome gun 32*! oh and bye the way. it has its own barrel system so it wont take anything but ptx barrels. i've heard a rumor of a clip that is a hopper convert so you can eventually have a hopper, and it is extremly bottom line convertable. but all of this kinda defeats the purpose. oh well ...have fun!

This looks pretty sweet, but i am hesitant on the price until it goes down. i was wondering if bottomline adaptable means you could also put a remote system on it. i also wanted to know if there is a readily available option for adapting a hopper (more than 10 rds.) to the opening under the tube.

Sorry guys, but if you can't pitch out $100 you are in the wrong sport. I am a newbie, but I have already spent $200 on my Spyder with a tank, hopper, and mask; and I am currently upgrading it. (everyone make a note, if you buy a spyder from Wal Mart they are cheap pricks who give you a mock-up expansion chamber)

Anyway, I am planning on getting a PT Extreme sometime after I get my Spyder into the condition that I want it in which is about $300 from now. It should end up being a tight sniper setup with a Taso 20" barrel, a Core expansion chamber, remote setup, drop stock, and dye grips. As for the PT Extreme when I get it I will be doing some slight modifications...such as make a custom power feed, hook up a bottom line, hook a remote up, get a custom barrel made. Yes, I am a tad bit to into modifying paintball guns, but what else am I going to do when I am not working on my Battlebot?

don't get me wrong, i hit the fields every weekend with my tricked iut spyder, but i mean as a sidearm i'm not sure if i wanna just go out and blow 110 bucks on something i don't even know is worth it. I've been playing for over three years now, and i know that things can add up easily. I just want my modification questions on the pt extreme answered.
