This should be posted in the WGP forum..

I love it, it's sweet. Krasher, Nemessis and I got to try it at a Tourney. It feels great, you can notice the higher ROF. It also makes it alot harder to short stroke and chop balls, I was having a hard time trying to get it mess up (doing it on purpose). It wasn't uncommon to see people getting the gun up to 9bps. If you have the money, BUY IT!

Im with twitch on this one.... i was in your spot a little while ago but i went with a nice frame and some stickies.... i love the autocockers sliding trigger... and if your good with it you dont need to worry bout strokin it. Autocockers were made with sliding triggers, they should stay that way. my 2 centz

Actually, try the eclipse roller sear. Shot an eclipse cocker with one a few months ago and it's the only non electro trigger I've really liked

It is made by planeteclipse and there's a bit of a blurb on the eclipse cocker over on PGIs website (p8ntballer.com). Here's the part dealin with the trigger

The sear is really special and also comes from Belsales. They call it the "Equalizer Ball Race Sear." This has a tiny roller bearing installed in its tip where it contacts the ramp of the trigger plate. Polishing and wear is no longer an issue at this interface since the sear rolls up and down the ramp rather than sliding. The $40-$50 they charge for this sear is worth every penny if trigger feel is important to you.

Just ask someone who's shot alot of cockers, they'll tell you man, it's absolutely beatiful how nice the trigger feels

Backordered though. Next batch of eclipse frames is due out in about a week.

I'll give that my stamp of approval. I do like the swing trigger........ ALOT, but a sliding trigger with the rolling sear, the right springs to your taste (i like 'em medium-heavy) and the right 3-way (Shocktech makes a NICE one) feels much nicer, IMO. I've just gotten so accustomed to the sliding trigger, it's almost like a tradition at this point. I'd TRY a swing trigger before you switch.

Does it take a lot of maintinance to put on the eclipse? I'm gonna have to time it, put the internal parts in it, etc...???

I'm pretty sure it comes with internalls, but i've heard that its reall hard to time it.

it's easy, swap the hoses on your 4-way around, and just reset the two timing spots (sear drop and recock point), took about ten minutes from ripping open the box to functional cocker again ^_^

I have a three way. No difference, just swop them?

3-way means the same as a 4-way
