which is better safety wise which one covers more and keeps face injuries away the v-force shield or the JT Spectra Flex 7 IZE Mask I've read the reviews on both but cant decide also id like the mask be a good quality

The JT Flex is made to optimize the chaces of a ball bouncing off your mask...the V-Force shield offers the BEST in protection. I have been very happy with my V-Force, although I like the way it looks without the neckprotector or chin strap so I took them off. I would recommend any V-Force system, as I would any JT system. Its all good baby! If you get a Flex 7 just buy a neck protector and your set.
