well i had this prob few times can't get rid of the problem unless you have on/off for tanks

the reason is cuz when you screw off your tank with CO2 some liquid comes out while unscrewing off so the oring freezes and it pops off so .... take your tank off fast asap only advice i could give ya

to uncock w/o taking the tank off... hold onto the bolt and pull trigger and let it uncock itself slowly

It is probably because you are taking it off too fast. You have to give time to depressurize the seal between the gun and the tank. It is that pressure that keeps destroying your o-rings. Unscrew it slowly until you hear the gas begin to release, then take it off the rset of the way.

Fire shots in short incremental times while degassing. This relieves the pressure and will not freeze the o-rings.
